We keep the model deliberately competitive for a franchise of this calibre. Where many networks take a larger share, our royalty sits well below what you'd expect - and it's capped. The royalty applies up to a build value of $2.2 million; on any build worth more than that, you pay no royalty on the value above the cap.
In practice, the cap sits comfortably above the value of most builds - so for the bulk of your work the royalty is simply what you'd expect. It's on the occasional high-end home that runs past $2.2 million where the cap really pays: you keep all of the value above it, so your largest projects reward you the most.
You also buy through national supplier agreements and trade pricing negotiated across the whole network - on the materials, fixtures and premium finishes your clients specify. At the high end, sharper pricing flows straight to the place that matters most: your margin.
