A premium opportunity, a smart entry

A royalty well below what you'd expect, and capped.

You operate at the high end with a royalty that sits well below what you'd expect for a franchise of this calibre, and it's capped. The royalty applies up to a build value of $2.2 million; on any build worth more than that, you pay nothing on the value above the cap.

In practice the cap sits comfortably above most builds, so for the bulk of your work the royalty is simply what you'd expect. It's on the occasional high-end home past $2.2M where the cap really pays: your largest projects reward you the most.
